Thank yourself after cooking your meal:

One of my biggest struggles is getting myself to cook my meals. When I choose to cook instead of ordering takeout, I thank myself for choosing the hard thing.

Congratulate yourself after completing a hard task.

When my mental energy is low- and I have a deadline to meet, I celebrate when I finish the task.

Bring pleasure and abundance into your life by doing the things that make you feel joy.
